Who We Are

About Us:

Quilting:

I started sewing in 4-H when I was about 9 years old.  I made most of my own clothes, some for family members, and a few specialty items for weddings.  I have sewn historical clothing as well, focusing on women’s clothing from the 1860’s (civil war period)..  During my high school years, I began quilting and part of my college education was partially funded by making baby quilts.
Currently, I own a long-arm quilting business which is located at my home in Lisbon.

In the past couple of years, I have been learning and perfecting water marbling. Currently, I can offer 2 types of scarves. One measures 14” x 72” and the other is 35” x 35”. Contact me if you are interested in holding a private event. We have done a wedding shower and team building along with many, many craft fairs and festivals.

 John:

The ever talented and creative person. He is never happy with his designs and always “modifying” his work. He does a lot of wood-turning and is spending a lot of time on his lathe. Of course, from his point of view, it is never enough time. Some of his specialties are seam rippers and bowls. Along with his seam rippers here, his work can also be found at a local quilt shop, Sew Chateaux in Lisbon Falls.
